
West Virginia Pulp & Paper Co. 12 sits next to Cass mill.
West Virginia Pulp & Paper Co. 12 was purchased by the West Virginia Pulp & Paper Co. in 1921, and it was built by the Lima locomotive works as a 150-ton, 3-truck shay.
It was taken out of service following a collision with a western Maryland locomotive at Spruce in 1942 and fell of the scrappers torch in 1956, a few years shy of potential rescue by the state of West Virginia.
