The Washington and Plymouth No. 10 was the sole example of a 4-4-2 "Atlantic" Narrow-gauge steam locomotive built by Burnham, Williams & Co. for the Washington and Plymouth Railroad in 1902.

The Washington and Plymouth No. 10 was constructed in 1902 by Burnham, Williams & Co. and was delivered to the Washington and Plymouth Railroad that same year.
When the Washington and Plymouth Railroad was being updated to standard gauge after they ended their narrow-gauge service.
No. 10 was sold to the Norfolk County Lumber Company, and then, No. 10 went to the Wellington & Powellsville Railroad where it was renumbered as No. 9, its unknown what happened to it afterwards but its assumed that it was likely scrapped.
