Wabash No. 576 was a Class F-4 2-6-0 "Mogul" type steam locomotive built in 1899 by the American Locomotive Company's Rhode Island plant for the Wabash Railroad.
The engine was used on the Keokuk Branch, stabled in the Bluffs, IL, roundhouse with engine No. 569, No. 573, and No. 587 well after most railroads had eliminated steam power.
The 576 was scrapped right before 1960, when it was retired from service.
