Union Pacific No. 118 was a 4-4-0 "American" type steam locomotive. It was freight locomotive built in 1868 by Rogers Locomotive and Machine Works in New Jersey for the Union Pacific Railroad.
It was built for hauling freight trains, and sometimes used for passenger service when it was needed.
The 118 continued hauling freight trains until 1903, when it was retired and sold for scrap.

- The Union Pacific railroad also made a 2-8-0 "Consolidation" type version of the locomotive with the same number. It was built by Brooks locomotive works in 1898.
