Tremont & Gulf No. 30 is a 2-8-2 "Mikado" type steam locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1917, operating over a short 50-mile long railroad out of Tremont, Louisiana. It was later sold to the Magma Arizona Railroad and given the number 7, operating there for another decade and a half. In 1974, it was sold to the Texas State Railroad (TSRR) between Palestine and Rusk, Texas and restored as their No. 400.

More recently, the locomotive has been returned to the number 30 and lettered once again for the Tremont & Gulf Railroad. As of 2019, it is the only operational steam locomotive at the TSRR, as Southern Pine Lumber Company No. 28 is currently undergoing extensive running gear repairs, Texas & Pacific No. 316 and Santa Fe No. 1316 are both awaiting to be restored back to operation, and Texas & Pacific No. 610 is only used for static display purposes in Palestine, TX.
