The Tokyu Car Corporation was a major Japanese locomotive builder and real estate company formerly owned by Tokyu Corporation. It is a predecessor company of the Japan Transport Engineering Company (J-TREC).

The company's history dates back to 1948 when the Tokyu Yokohama Works was founded; the company began locomotive repair works and manufacture in 1950. The first locomotive they would manufacture was the DeHa 80 series streetcar for the former Tokyu Tamagawa Line (unrelated to the current line with the same name); some years after they changed their name to Tokyu Car Corporation. For most of its life the company was related to Teikoku Sharyō, another defunct locomotive manufacturer. The company also collaborated with the Budd Company to manufacture stainless steel bodies for locomotives in Japan and abroad; their advanced technology at the time was unrivaled with other companies.

In October 2011, Tokyu Car Corporation announced that they were intending to sell off their businesses, stating a harsh business environment and continually evolving requirements. On 1 April 2012, this trade was made final, with the rolling stock manufacturing business sold to JR East, while others such as Shin-Tokyu Parking (now Tokyo Engineering Systems) and Tokyu Vehicle Special Equipment (now Toho Vehicle) sold to ShinMaywa Industries.

After the sale, Tokyu Car Corporation ventured into real estate; in 2014, the company changed its name to Yokohama Kanazawa Properties before the company was finally merged with Tokyu Corporation in 2016.
