Sumter and Choctaw No. 103 is a 2-6-2 steam locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in November 1925. It originally served the Sumter & Choctaw Railroad and was later sold to the Empire State Railway Museum and ran on the Middletown & New Jersey Railroad in New York from 1961 until 1966.

The locomotive returned to service in 1971, only for Valley Railroad 97 to take its place for the sake of moving larger train services. It was retired for a second time in 1975, and in 2009, the locomotive was moved by truck to be put on display.

In 2023, the museum housing it has revealed it is planning to return the locomotive to service after 48 years.
