Sugar Pine Lumber Co. No. 37 is a 2-8-2ST steam locomotive that was built by the American Locomotive Company (ALCO) in 1925 for the Sugar Pine Lumber Co. as their No. 4. It once ran on the Wawa & Concordville in Wawa, PA before finding its way to the Wilmington & Western in Wilmington, DE where it ran between 1987 and 1990.

The locomotive was sold in November 2003 to the Timber Heritage Association and has slowly been under restoration, as funds permit, at the Strasburg Railroad since February 2009.

The locomotive sat in stored at Strasburg for several years until 2023 when it was bought by the Age of Steam Roundhouse in SugarCreak, Ohio. There, it has since received a full cosmetic restoration and is now on static display.

  • It operated from 1987 to 1990 at the Wilmington & Western Railroad in Wilmington, DE.
    • During it's time at WWRC, it was paired with an auxiliary tender.
  • It was later sold in 1935 and server for the Pacific Lumber Co. in Scotia, CA as No. 37.
