The Standard Oil No. 1 is an 0-4-0T (Tank) locomotive was one of five tank engines built by Alco in 1920 for stock.
History[]

This little 0-4-0T locomotive was also a common type used for switching in industrial plants, and this one was shipped to the Standard Oil Company of Indiana in January 1921 to work at the company's Casper, WY, refinery.

It transferred to the American Oil Company in 1960 and worked in Casper until 1962, when it was donated to the Colorado railroad museum where it is seen today on static display.
