Southwold Railway No.4 'Wenhaston' was a 0-6-2 side tank locomotive.



History[]

Wenhaston was built by Manning Wardle in 1914 as works number 1845 for use on the narrow gauge 3 ft gauge Southwold Railway who were anticipating a rise in traffic but the railway closed in 1929. After the closer Wenhaston was stored at Halesworth until 1941 when it was scrapped to aid in world war 2.
