Southwold Railway No.2 'Halesworth' was a side tank locomotive.



History[]

Halesworth was built as works number 2849 of Sharp, Stewart and company in 1879 for use on the Southwold Railway as their number 2. Halesworth operated until 1929 when the railway closed and Halesworth was scrapped in 1941 by the Southwold Council for munitions for WWII by the minister of supply.
