Southwold Railway No.1 'Southwold' was a side tank locomotive.
History[]
Southwold was built in 1879 by Sharp, Stewart and company as works number 2848 for use on the 3 ft gauge Southwold Railway as their No.1 along with two other identical locomotives numbered 2 and 3. Southwold was sent back to the works of Sharp, Stewart and company due to being redundant.
