D51-4 is a D51 2-8-2 steam locomotive that was built in 1949 by Kisha Seizō for the Sakhalin Railway.
Currently it is on static display at the Sakhalin Railway History Museum, Sakhalin Island, Russia, it is one of only 2 Japanese Trains in Russia (as well as one of only 2 Steam Locomotives in Sakhalin) the other is SŽD No. D51-22.
