D51-22 is a D51 2-8-2 steam locomotive that was built in 1949 by Kisha Seizō for the Sakhalin Railway.
Currently it is on static display outside Yuzhno-Sakhalin Railway Station, Sakhalin Island, Russia, it is one of only 2 Japanese Trains in Russia (as well as one of only 2 Steam Locomotives in Sakhalin) the other is SŽD No. D51-4.
