The Public Service Co. No. 7 is an 0-6-0T "Tank" steam locomotive it was built as #7 by the Baldwin locomotive works in 1926 for the Public Service Co., of Northern Illinois at Waukegan, IL where it worked switching cars at the Waukegan, IL power generating station.
When it was retired 1961 it was donated to the Illinois Railway Museum where it is placed on static display today.
As of 2021, the locomotive is undergoing cosmetic restoration.
