Philadelphia & Reading No. 316 named Bicyle is a 385 class 4-2-2 type steam locomotive built by the Baldwin locomotive works in June 1895 for the Philadelphia & Reading railroad.
It was designed for fast light passenger trains, but was quickly found to be almost useless as train weights rapidly increased at the end of the century.
