Pennsylvania Railroad No. 5706 was an EMD E8 diesel locomotive that was built by the Electro-Motive Division for the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1952.
It's unknown if it lasted into the days of Penn Central or even into the days of Amtrak and Conrail.
It was sitting in the parking lot of a strip mall but the mall decided to remove it as it needed a new parking lot and the locomotive was scrapped in 2021.
