PKP SM25-002 was a class "SM25" switcher type diesel locomotive that was built by Fablok for the Polish State Railways (PKP) in 1962.

PKP SM25-002 was constructed in 1962 by Fablok as one of the three examples of the PKP's Class SM25 that were constructed between 1961 and 1963, SN25-002 was delivered to the Polish State Railways (PKP) that same year in 1962 after its construction was completed.
It was withdrawn from active service in 1973 and was donated to the Warsaw Railway Museum where it was placed on static display at the museum. and still remains on static display at the Warsaw Railway Museum to this day.
