The PKP Class SN51 is a class of twelve diesel multiple unit railbuses that were built by WUMAG for the Polish State Railways (PKP) between 1930 and 1939.

History[]

In the late 1930s, the Polish State Railways (PKP) needed to start using diesel multiple units for usage on their non-electrified lines on their system, so WUMAG, who was tasked on constructing these said diesel multiple units for Polish State Railways had drew up the plans, constructed and delivered twelve examples of what became the PKP Class SN51.

The first example of the PKP Class SN51 was constructed in 1930 by WUMAG and they kept rolling out of the works until the last one was completed in 1939, and they entered service in after they were constructed between 1930-1939.

Withdrawal of the class had commenced in 1959, and the last example of the class was withdrawn from service and its unknown what happened to them afterwards.
