Northern Pacific No. 2164 is one of twenty-three Q-3 Class 4-6-2 steam locomotives that was built for the Northern Pacific Railroad by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1909.

No. 2164 was retired from service in 1955. Instead of being scrapped it was donated to the City of Bismarck, North Dakota, and was placed on static display at the Camp Hancock State Historic Site. In 2010 a new shelter roof was built to protect it from the elements.
