New York Central No. 5475 was a proposed new build of a New York Central J-3a steam locomotive, intended to be built by a number of rail enthusiasts from Buffalo, New York led by a Stephen Trindle for "The Hudson Steam Locomotive Project". The locomotive was originally intended to be a replica of NYC 5344 but was changed midway through this project. No word on the project has been heard since 2011 and is assumed to have been cancelled.
