Nevada Central No. 5 is a 4-4-0 type steam locomotive built in 1876 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works for the North Pacific Coast railroad as #12.

It later served the Nevada Central railroad until 1938, when it retired and later sold to the Golden Gate International Exposition.
