Mansbach Metal No. 861 (also known as Armco Steel No. 1213) was an EMD SW900 diesel locomotive built by General Motors Electro-Motive Division originally for the Armco Steel Corporation in December 1964.

Beginning[]
Mansbach Metal No. 861 was constructed in December 1964 by the Electro-Motive Division and it was delivered to the Armco Steel Corporation in 1965. Upon being delivered to the Armco Steel Corporation in 1965, it was first numbered by Armco Steel Corporation as #1213.
It would eventually be retired from service on Armco Steel Corporation and was later sold to Mansbach Metal Company where it was renumbered to #861.

Mansbach Metal No. 861's career in preservation had came to a sudden end when it was scrapped in 2010 due to it being in poor condition.
