4D Cutter

The 4D Train being scrapped in 2006.

There were thousands of Electric Multiple Units around the world that were built in several time periods, but some Electric Multiple Units were retired or withdrawn from service and placed in scrapyards. Some Electric Multiple Units had survived into the preservation era when being replaced by another, but not every single class of Electric Multiple Units survived into Preservation. These are some of the classes that no longer exist.

This list can also include Electric-related trainsets, as they also have an additional power car at the other end of the train.
