No. 80 ”Thundersley” is a Class 79 4-4-2T suburban tank engine steam locomotive that was built for the London, Tilbury and Southend Railway by Robert Stephenson and Company in 1909. After being built, it was delivered directly to the Imperial International Exhibition at Shepherd’s Bush for which it was adorned in a special lavender livery and temporarily named Southend-on-Sea.

No. 80 ”Thundersley” has been preserved and is on static display at the Bressingham Steam Museum in Norfolk, England.
