Kisha Seizō Kaisha (literally "train manufacturing company") was a Japanese locomotive builder.

The history of Kisha Seizō can be traced back to 1897, when the company was founded; it was most notably the first private rolling stock manufacturer in Japan. The company began to acquire employees from other compeitors due to the company's high capital. Kisha Seizō began production of steam locomotives in 1902, by imitating the Class A8 steam locomotives that were built by various British locomotive builders. The end result was the Class A10, the first domestically mass-produced steam locomotives in Japan.

The company continued to open factories and reorganize, with the company even doing subcontract work for Hitachi. The company subsequently moved from manufacturing steam locomotives to manufacturing electric and diesel locomotives, as well as expanding its business to other business sectors. The company was still going strong in the sector as late as 1969. In 1970, Kisha Seizō produced their last electric trainsets; Eidan 6000 series sets 6013 and 6014. The last locomotive the company would produce in its entire history was JNR Class DE10 DE10 1171 in March 1972; in November that same year, Kisha Seizō was merged with Kawasaki Heavy Industries and ceased to exist. In its entire history, Kisha Seizō manufactured some 3,950 locomotives, 8,750 passenger cars and railcars and some 47,520 freight cars.
