The Kinki Sharyo Co., Ltd. is a Japanese rolling stock manufacturer. The company is known for its strong ties to the Kintetsu Railway.

The company's history as a whole dates back to 1920 when it was founded as Tanaka Sharyō, a pre-war manufacturer of rolling stock and passenger cars. After World War II, Tanaka Sharyō's ownership was transferred to the Kinki-Nippon Railway (Kintetsu) and was thus renamed Kinki Sharyo. Kinki Sharyo was formerly involved in other business industries, but is currently only in the rail sector, manufacturing and refurbishing rolling stock.

Many of Kinki Sharyo's rolling stock are in use throughout Japan, although a large portion of their clients come from the West of Japan. Kinki Sharyo's largest customer is the Kintetsu Railway, as large portion of Kinki Sharyo is owned by Kintetsu Group Holdings which also owns Kintetsu. Virtually all of Kintetsu's rolling stock since World War II is manufactured by Kinki Sharyo. In addition to domestic clients, Kinki Sharyo's rolling stock also see major use worldwide.
