The Kawasaki Railcar Manufacturing Company, commonly known as Kawasaki, is a Japanese locomotive builder.

The company's history dates back to 1906 as a division of the Kawasaki Shipyards, which built ships and some steam locomotives. Kawasaki is now one of the world's largest manufacturers of rolling stock, with locomotives manufactured for domestic use in Japan or exported. The company has a number of plants, with the main plant in Japan being in Hyōgo and the main plant in the United States being in Yonkers, New York for final assembly of cars for use on the New York Central Subway and similar lines.

For most of its history, the company was known as the Kawasaki Heavy Industries Rolling Stock Company; Kawasaki Heavy Industries spun off this business in 2021.
