North Western was a 2-4-0 side tank steam locomotive.



History[]

North Western was built by Sharp, Stewart and company in 1872 for the Jersey Railway. It operated on said standard gauge railway until 1878 when it was sold in May of that year to the Jersey Eastern Railway where it operated until 1898. Where it was sold to a quarry in Scotland. It was scrapped at an unknown date.
