Hudson River Railway No. 37 is a 4-4-0 "American Standard" steam locomotive it was built by the American Locomotive Co. in 1870 for the Hudson River Railway, now part of the New York Central System.

It was used for the Hudson River Railway for much of its career while hauling passenger trains for the passenger service.

Shortly after the locomotive was sold for scrap when it was retired.
