Grand Trunk Western No. 6323 is a 4-8-4 class U-3-b built by ALCo in 1942. It pulled trains mostly on the Grand Trunk Western Railway until being retired in the late 1950's.

The locomotive was purchased from the GTW by Hayes Crew, of Crew Diecast and was stored for many years in a roundhouse in Detroit. When Hayes passed away, the engine was donated to the Illinois Railway Museum in Union, Illinois.

6323 now sits on display at the Illinois Railway Museum while it's close relative Grand Trunk Western No. 6325 operates at the Ohio Central Railroad.
