GWR No. 9351 is a 9300 class 2-6-0 "Mogul" type steam locomotive built by the Great Western Railway (GWR)'s Swindon Works in October 1934, originally as GWR 5101 class large Prairie tank engine (2-6-2T type) No. 5193. It was later converted into a 4300 class 2-6-0 type tender engine. In 1948, the GWR merged with the London, Midland & Scottish Railway (LMS), the London & North Eastern Railway (LNER), and the Southern Railway (SR) to form British Railways (BR). It was officially retired from service with BR in June 1962 and eventually sold to the Woodham Brothers Scrapyard in Barry, England.

It was later acquired by the West Somerset Railway (WSR) between Minehead and Bishops Lydeard, England and eventually moved there in December 1998. It was later restored to operating condition and converted into a 9300 class 2-6-0 type in September 2004. Upon completion, it was also renumbered to 9351. It has remained in tourist excursion service on the WSR ever since.

In late May 2024, it visited the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway (GWSR) in Toddington, England to take part in their 2024 Festival of Steam Gala alongside other former GWR steamers, including two new-build GWR steamers, those being 2900 class No. 2999 "Lady of Legend" and 6800 class No. 6880 "Betton Grange".
