GWR 3800 Class No. 3840 will be a new member of the GWR 3800 Class that is currently under construction by a company known as the "Churchward County Trust".
It is known to be the 41st member of the GWR 3800 Class.
History[]
The Churchward County Trust was formed in the 2000s to create a new member of the GWR 3800 Class since all of the 40 examples of the GWR 3800 Class were extinct, so a group of preservationists got together and gathered up the plans from all the original examples, construction would eventually begin on GWR 3800 Class No. 3840 using recycled parts from other GWR steam locomotives.
As of today, GWR 3800 Class No. 3840 is still under construction.
