The GE U33C is a 6-axle diesel-electric locomotive built by GE Transportation Systems between January 1968 and January 1975. 375 examples of this locomotive were built for 11 North American railroads and one construction contractor.

The U33C is one of the few regular production diesel locomotives that is completely extinct. The last two U33Cs, one being ex-Southern Railway, were working for a shortline in Southern Indiana until being withdrawn and scrapped in the early-to-mid 2000s.
