Frisco No. 3748 was an 0-6-0 "Switcher" type steam locomotive it was built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1911 for the St. Louis–San Francisco Railway, and was designed to work as a switcher.

The locomotive worked for several years until it was retired in the 1950's and later sold to a scrap dealer in Pensacola, FL., where it was cut up.
