FD&E No. 4 was a 0-4-0ST which worked at Falmouth Docks in Cornwall, England.

Falmouth Docks & Engineering No. 4 was built in 1927 by R. W. Hawthorn, Leslie and Company for use at Falmouth Docks, complimenting three saddle tanks which had arrived the previous year from Hawthorn Leslie. No. 4 was withdrawn from service in 1967, being scrapped in May.[1]
