The Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Class C-21 was a class of 2-8-0 "Consolidation" Narrow-gauge steam locomotives with only two examples ever built by Baldwin Locomotive Works for the Crystal River Railroad (CRRR) in 1900 as Nos. 101 and 102. They were later purchased by the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad (D&RG) and later the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad in 1924.

Both examples were eventually withdrawn from revenue service and neither example were preserved. They were both scrapped, with No. 360 (D&RG #430/CRRR No. 101) being scrapped at Salida on August 7, 1950, and No. 361 (D&RG #431/CRRR No. 102) being scrapped at Pueblo, on November 15, 1951, thus rendering the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Class C-21 extinct.
