Daiei Sharyo is a Japanese real estate company and former Japanese locomotive builder.

The company's history dates back to 1952, when it was founded as Daiei Kōgyō; the company is heavily linked to the Keisei Electric Railway. The company mostly dealt with locomotive maintenance although it built locomotives on request until the company withdrew from the industry in 2001; since then it has dealt in real estate under its original name of Daiei Sharyo until it changed its name to Two Horse K.K. in May 2019. The company continues to exist today. Its original factories have since been converted into apartments.
