
Craig Mountain Lumber Co. No. 3 is a two-truck Heisler built by the Heisler Locomotive Works in 1917 for the Craig Mountain Lumber Co.
It was built for log trains on the Craig Mountain Lumber Co. until later sold to the Elliot Donnelley at Hill City, SD in 1965.
In 1977, it was Moved to Chicago Heights, IL then 5 years later in 1982, it was Sold to Richard Hinebaugh.
In 2003, it visited the National Railroad Museum, Green Bay, WI where it spent the month of September hauling the museum train.
Today the engine is at the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and has returned to service by making its public debut in October 2022.
