China Railways RM-1163 was a Class RM 4-6-2 "Pacific" Type steam locomotive. It was built in 1960 by CSR Sifang for the China Railways in the People's Republic of China. It operated from 1960 to 1991 for passenger service. The locomotive was placed on static display in a park in Hyōgo, Japan alongside QJ-6200 but both were scrapped in 2006.
