The Chesapeake and Ohio T1s were a class of 40 2-10-4 Texas type steam locomotives built by the Lima Locomotive Works in 1930 numbered 3000-3039. They were built to pull heavy coal trains and heavy freight trains at a top speed of 50 mph. Sadly all of these T1’s were scrapped between 1952 and 1953 none survived the cutters torch.
