Canadian Pacific No. 1057 is a Class D-10h 4-6-0 steam locomotive built by Montreal Locomotive Works in December 1912 as one of 502 ten-wheelers owned by the Canadian Pacific Railway.
The locomotive was retired from active service in 1960 and was one of the last steam locomotives to be overhauled at John Street Roundhouse. In the early 1970s, volunteers and CP staff at John Street restored No. 1057 and several other steam locomotives to running condition. Over the years it pulled several excursion trains until 2007 when it was taken out of service for maintenance.
No. 1057 now resides at the South Simcoe Railway in Tottenham, Ontario on display awaiting to be restored to operating condition.
