History

Atlantic was built in 1907 by Andrew Barclay and sons as builders number 1098 speciffaccally for use on the Campbeltown and Machrihanish Light Railway where it operated until 1934 (the C&MLR closed in 1932) when it was used to scrap the railway. It was scrapped at sometime after.
