Baltimore and Ohio No. 99 was one of four 0-4-0ST C-16 Class steam locomotives by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in November 1912 for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad.

It worked in service as a switcher along the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania waterfront trackage. Initially constructed as saddle tank engine, No. 99 was given a tender in later years. After the saddle tank was removed in 1926, it given the classification of "C-16A". The diminutive size and short wheelbase was required to handle the tight curves of these lines. During its time in operation, the locomotive earned the nicknames "Dockside" and "Little Joe" from the workers.

In 1944 the B&O scrapped the #99 along with #96 the same year, the last two were retired by 1951.
