BNSF Railway No. 4723 is a C44-9W type diesel locomotive built by General Electric (GE) in December 1997 for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF). In 2001, it became the advertising locomotive for the train simulation game, Microsoft Train Simulator, which was released on May 31, 2001 for Windows PC. As of today, it is still in regular freight service with the BNSF.
