The ALCO Century 620 was a proposed diesel locomotive design for multiple railroads by ALCO themselves, it would have been a 2,000-horsepower, six-axle locomotive, powered by the same engine as the C420. The design was proposed to several railroads, but no orders were placed for the C620, thus, it was never built.
